However, Michael wondered could Hanna's shame at being illiterate be sufficient reason for her behavior at the trial or in the camp? CHAPTER 11 Once Hanna admitted having written the report, the other defendants had an easy game to play. However, Hanna eventually gave up and became the dominant one. At the same time, Michael thought maybe he could help Hanna, but would she want him to barter her self-image for a few years in prison. CHAPTER 12 Michael decided to speak to his father, who was undemonstrative. And they talk about dignity and freedom. For example, it was not comfort to you that your mother was always right. However, his father couldn't answer his question and welcomed Michael to come to him anytime, but Michael don't believe him.
